MISSIONAL COMMUNITY
EVENTS

The Apostle Paul in his letter to the church at Ephesus prayed a prayer; that the church would be rooted and grounded in love, and that they may have power together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ. (Eph 3:17b-18 paraphrased).  That is our prayer for our church, that we be embedded and grounded in love.  It is that love that leads us to kindness.  A simple act of kindness out of love can change a person’s life. When we as a church immerse ourselves in God’s love it will pave the way for people to grasp the magnitude of His love and that sets them on a journey of discovery.

Lifebuilders Community Events aim to show God’s love through acts of kindness. Community Events do not necessarily lead directly to salvation but it does create opportunities and sets people on a journey of discovery of God’s love. When we take the focus off ourselves and our internal church ministries and look to ways that we can show kindness and love to our community, that becomes our mission field. No matter who we are we can all show kindness.
